Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- spring onions, chopped fine - 3 item
- round loaf pumpernickel bread - 1 item
- jar sour cream - 1 oz
- box chopped spinach - 1 oz
- Knorr vegetable mix - 1 pkg
How to make spinach dip:
Drain all water from spinach (squeeze). Add sour cream, mayonnaise, onions and vegetable mix. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut out center of loaf and stuff with dip. Serve with chips or crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
