Spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- mayo - 1 c
- Knorr vegetable soup mix - 1 pkg
- small can water chestnuts, drained and chopped - 1 item
- scallions, chopped finely - 4 item
- frozen chopped spinach, thawed do not cook - 1 pkg
How to make spinach dip:
Mix together the sour cream, mayo and soup mix; stir well. Add chopped water chestnuts and scallions; stir. Squeeze thawed spinach to remove all water; stir in spinach. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with rye bread, crackers or vegetable dippers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
