Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- margarine, melted - 3/4 c
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- yellow squash, cooked, drained, mashed - 3 c
- herb stuffing, divided
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup stuffing. Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup herb stuffing. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
