Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen spinach, chopped - 2 pkg
How to make spinach cheese squares:
Preheat oven to 350°. Put margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan; melt on stove top. Beat eggs. Add flour, milk and baking powder. Add cheese, spinach (thawed and drained) and onion; mix well. Spoon into pan. Bake for 35 minutes. Cool for 45 minutes; cut into squares.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
