Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
  • frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained - 2 pkg
  • can artichokes not marinated, cut in sixths - 1 item

How to make spinach-artichoke casserole:

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Arrange cut up artichoke pieces on bottom of casserole dish. Mix cooked and drained spinach, mushroom soup, mushrooms and garlic salt. Spread over artichokes, then spread sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice mixture on top. Cook for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
