Spinach and spaghetti casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 4 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- minced onion - 4 tsp
- spaghetti - 12 oz
- 16 oz - 4 c
- Parmesan - 4 Tbsp
How to make spinach and spaghetti casserole:
Cook spinach; drain. Combine eggs, sour cream, milk, 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Add cheese and mix. Add spinach and cooked spaghetti. Put into ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350° for 15 minutes, then continue baking, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
