  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 4 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • minced onion - 4 tsp
  • spaghetti - 12 oz
  • 16 oz - 4 c
  • Parmesan - 4 Tbsp

How to make spinach and spaghetti casserole:

Cook spinach; drain. Combine eggs, sour cream, milk, 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Add cheese and mix. Add spinach and cooked spaghetti. Put into ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350° for 15 minutes, then continue baking, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese before baking.
