  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • stick oleo, melted - 1 item
  • cottage cheese
  • onion, chopped fine - 1 item
  • box Jiffy cornbread - 1 item
  • chopped spinach, thawed and drained well - 1 pkg

How to make spinach cornbread:

Mix all ingredients. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch square pan that has been greased. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes. Wonderful!
