Ingredients/Components
- lemon - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- frozen chopped spinach - 2 pkg
- can artichoke hearts plain - 1 item
How to make spinach and artichoke casserole:
Cook spinach, according to package directions. Melt butter. Combine spinach, butter, cream cheese, artichokes and juice of lemon. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 20 minutes. Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake 10 more minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Casseroles.
