Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- pecans - 4 c
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- egg white - 1 item
How to make spiced pecans:
Mix the egg white and water. Add pecans. Leave in mixture until well moistened. Mix the sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Mix with the nuts. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Store in airtight container.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
