Ingredients/Components
- flaked coconut - 1/2 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 oz
- seedless grapes
- banana, peeled and sliced - 1 item
- can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 oz
- chopped almonds - 1/4 c
- carton vanilla yogurt - 1 oz
How to make ambrosia salad:
In a large glass bowl, combine pineapple, oranges, banana, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and almonds. Fold in yogurt. Chill well before serving. Yields 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Salads.
