  • sugar - 3 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • water - 2/3 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • pecans - 1 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • allspice - 1 tsp
  • cooked potatoes - 2 c

How to make sweet potato bread:

Cream together the sugar, oil and eggs. Add cooked potatoes and water. Sift together the remaining ingredients except pecans. Add sifted ingredients and pecans to first mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in three greased loaf pans.
