  • butter or margarine - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 c
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • minced shallots - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken breast cutlet halves - 4 item

How to make special occasion chicken:

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes. Turn chicken; add mushrooms and shallots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; cook 10 minutes or until tender. Transfer chicken to platter.
