Ingredients/Components
- softened butter - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1 tsp
- melted butter or margarine - 5 Tbsp
- oregano leaves
- whole chicken breasts, boned, split and skinned - 4 item
- Jack cheese, cut into 8-inch strips each 1/2 inch thick and 1 1/2 inches long - 4 oz
How to make chicken kiev:
Place chicken breasts, one at a time, between 2 sheets of wax paper and gently pound with mallet until 1/4-inch thick.
