  • onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • bell peppers - 2 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • tomatoes - 2 qt
  • dash of garlic salt - 1 item
  • round steak - 1 item
  • or 2 jalapenos - 1 item

How to make spanish steak:

Cut steak into strips or cubes; brown. Add onions; brown. Add all ingredients. Cook 1 1/2 hours. Make brown gravy. Take broth from steak and put in gravy. Pour back into steak. Cook for 1 hour on medium heat. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
