Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- medium onion - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- small can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- envelope spaghetti sauce mix - 1 item
- water - 3 c
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- oregano leaves - 1 tsp
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- bay leaf, crumbled - 1 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Brown meat, onion and pepper. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer on low heat about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Italian.
