Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • can tomato paste - 1 item
  • can tomatoes - 1 item
  • small can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
  • envelope spaghetti sauce mix - 1 item
  • water - 3 c
  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • oregano leaves - 1 tsp
  • cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
  • bay leaf, crumbled - 1 item

How to make spaghetti sauce:

Brown meat, onion and pepper. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer on low heat about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
