Baked spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- spaghetti - 8 oz
- spaghetti sauce - 2 c
- Italian herbs - 1 Tbsp
How to make baked spaghetti:
Cook spaghetti and drain. Cook ground beef; stir in sauce and seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes. In a bowl, combine 1 cup Mozzarella, sour cream and eggs; stir in spaghetti. Place mixture in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Spread meat sauce mixture over top. Cover with foil. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes until heated through. Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Spaghetti.
