Southern pecan pie

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 6 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 2/3 tsp
• brown sugar - 2 c
• white Karo - 2 c
• soft margarine - 10 Tbsp
• chopped pecans reserve 1 c - 2 c

How to make southern pecan pie:

Mix at medium speed syrup, sugar, salt, margarine and vanilla. Add slightly beaten eggs and mix well. Add 1 cup pecans to mixture. Put remaining cup of pecans on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Check several times as it may not take as long to bake.
