Southern pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 2/3 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- white Karo - 2 c
- soft margarine - 10 Tbsp
- chopped pecans reserve 1 c - 2 c
How to make southern pecan pie:
Mix at medium speed syrup, sugar, salt, margarine and vanilla. Add slightly beaten eggs and mix well. Add 1 cup pecans to mixture. Put remaining cup of pecans on top.
