Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- soft margarine
- apples, peeled and sliced - 4 item
How to make apple coffee cake:
Topping:1/4 c. soft margarine1/2 c. flour1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped walnuts Add all ingredients (except topping) in a large mixing bowl and beat well. Pour in a greased and floured Bundt pan. Mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle over the cake batter evenly.
