Apple coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• oil - 3/4 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
• soft margarine
• apples, peeled and sliced - 4 item

How to make apple coffee cake:

Topping:1/4 c. soft margarine1/2 c. flour1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped walnuts Add all ingredients (except topping) in a large mixing bowl and beat well. Pour in a greased and floured Bundt pan. Mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle over the cake batter evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
