  • oleo - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium potatoes - 6 item
  • shredded cheese - 2 c

How to make sour cream potato casserole:

Boil potatoes whole; do not overcook. Cool and grate coarsely. Melt oleo and grated cheese; stir in sour cream. Dot top with oleo. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
