- sour cream - 2 c
- oleo - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- shredded cheese - 2 c
How to make sour cream potato casserole:
Boil potatoes whole; do not overcook. Cool and grate coarsely. Melt oleo and grated cheese; stir in sour cream. Dot top with oleo. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
