Ingredients/Components
- flour
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- buttermilk - 2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make sour cream pancakes:
Sift dry ingredients. Add eggs, buttermilk and sour cream. Beat until blended. Stir in melted butter. If thinner pancakes are desired, add more buttermilk.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, < 30 mins.
