- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- sifted flour - 3/4 c
How to make crepes:
Put milk in blender. Crack open and drop eggs into blender with butter. Turn blender on medium. Slowly shake flour into blender while blending. Sprinkle in salt.Pour a small amount of batter in the bottom of a hot frying pan. Twirl around to make thin, thin pancake. Flip over and then roll up. Makes about 8 medium size crepes.
