- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- flour - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 item
- baking powder
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- chocolate toffee bars, coarsely crushed - 3 (1
How to make treasure toffee cake:
Combine cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Combine remaining ingredients except nuts, candy and melted butter. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat at medium speed for three minutes.Spoon half of the batter into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar mixture. Spoon remaining batter into pan. Top with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture, nuts and candy. Pour melted butter over top. Bake in a 325° oven for 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan; dust with confectioners sugar. Serves 16.
