Sour cream muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- sour cream
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 2 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sifted flour
How to make sour cream muffins:
Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg until foamy; add sour cream and mix well. Stir together dry ingredients and egg mixture until just mixed. Bake in greased muffin tin at 450° for 20 minutes. Yields 12 muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, < 30 mins, Rolls/biscuits.
