Sour cream muffins

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 Tbsp
• sour cream
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• baking powder - 2 Tbsp
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• sifted flour

How to make sour cream muffins:

Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg until foamy; add sour cream and mix well. Stir together dry ingredients and egg mixture until just mixed. Bake in greased muffin tin at 450° for 20 minutes. Yields 12 muffins.
