Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- margarine - 1 c
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c

How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with sour cream. Beat after each addition. Grease and flour 2 (8-inch) round pans. Put 1/4 of batter in each pan and sprinkle with 1/4 of topping (below). Add remaining batter and sprinkle with rest of topping. Bake at 325 ° for 35 to 40 minutes.
