  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • pecans - 1/2 c

How to make sour cream coffee cake:

Topping:1/3 c. brown sugar1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1 Tbsp. margarine1/2 c. pecans Sift 4 dry ingredients together. Cream margarine and sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add half of flour mixture. Stir in half of sour cream. Mix, then add remaining flour and sour cream. Add vanilla.

Pour half of batter into greased and floured 10 x 13 x 2-inch or two 9-inch cake pans. Sprinkle with half of topping. Add remaining batter and cover with remaining topping. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
