Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 3/4 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. chopped nuts1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. brown sugar Cream margarine, eggs and sugar. Blend in sour cream. Fold in dry ingredients. Spoon half of the batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Cover with half of the topping; repeat with remaining half. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool completely.
