- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- sour cream - 1 item
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- baking soda
- chocolate chips - 1 pkg
- margarine - 1/4 lb
- sugar, divided - 2 c
How to make sour cream chocolate chip cake:
Beat together margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add flour and baking powder. Blend well. Add one large glass of sour cream and baking soda. Set aside. For the topping, mix 1/2 c. sugar, cinnamon and chocolate chips. Spread 1/2 of the cake batter in greased 13 X 9 X 2 pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the topping on. Layer on remaining cake batter and end with remainder of the topping. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, North american.
