- Melt butter and add to crumbs
How to make sour cream cheesecake:
Place the graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl. Melt butter and add to crumbs. Add sugar. Mix ingredients together and place in a spring-form pan; press to the bottom. Save a small amount of crust mixture to sprinkle over the top of the cheesecake.Cheesecake:2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese1 (16 oz.) sour cream2 eggs1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. butter, melted Put eggs and sugar in a blender. Add sour cream. Cut cream cheese into small cubes and add to blender one at a time while blender is running. When smooth, add melted butter and vanilla. Pour into crust in spring-form pan.
