Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
• sugar - 1/4 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
• stick butter - 1 item
• box sour cream - 1 item
• Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
• Filling:2 pkg

How to make strawberry cheesecake:

Mix together and press in spring-form pan.Filling:2 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.), softened1/2 c. sugar3 eggs1 box sour cream1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat until fluffy the first 3 ingredients and add the sour cream and vanilla. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Topping:1 pkg. frozen strawberries2 Tbsp. cornstarch1/3 c. sugar Cook on low heat until thick. Spread evenly over top of cake.
