Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
How to make sour cream biscuits:
Sift dry ingredients. Beat eggs and sour cream. Stir into mix. (Dough should be lumpy and soft.) Drop from tablespoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Makes 12 large biscuits.
