  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 Tbsp
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item

How to make sour cream biscuits:

Sift dry ingredients. Beat eggs and sour cream. Stir into mix. (Dough should be lumpy and soft.) Drop from tablespoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Makes 12 large biscuits. Delicious topped with strawberries or other fruit and whipped cream.
