Ingredients/Components
- sour cream 8 oz - 1 c
- Sprite or 7-Up - 3/4 c
- biscuit mix Pioneer works best - 4 c
How to make sour cream biscuits:
Cut sour cream into biscuit mix. Add Sprite or 7-Up. Mix thoroughly. Knead dough well. Roll or cut biscuits. Place in oiled pan (an iron skillet makes great biscuits).
