Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/8 tsp
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• butter - 1/4 c
• finely chopped apples - 2 c
• egg, beaten - 1 item

How to make sour cream apple pie:

Topping:1/3 c. sugar1/3 c. flour1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. butter Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into a 9-inch shell. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes and then at 350° for 30 minutes. Then add topping and bake for 10 more minutes. (Total baking time equals 55 minutes.)
