Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- plain flour - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped apples - 2 c
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
How to make apple cream pie:
Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add cream, egg and vanilla and beat until smooth. Add apples and pour into unbaked pie shell. Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon and cut in butter. Sprinkle this topping on pie. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
