Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- Crisco oil - 1 c
- pecans, chopped
- Duncan Hines butter recipe golden cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make sock-it-to-me cake:
Filling:1 c. pecans, chopped2 Tbsp. brown sugar2 tsp. cinnamon Mix all cake ingredients together. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour 2/3 cake batter in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Sprinkle filling over batter. Spread remaining cake batter evenly over filling mix. Bake at 375° for 45 to 55 minutes or until done. Cool 25 minutes and remove from pan.Glaze: Blend 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons milk. Drizzle over cake.
