Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1/2 c
- rum - 1/4 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- vanilla instant pudding
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- pecans optional - 1/2 c
- light rum - 1/2 c
- Grease and flour Bundt pan
How to make rum cake:
Mix for 10 minutes at medium speed. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Put about 1/2 cup chopped pecans in bottom of pan or mix in batter. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Pour glaze over hot cake in pan!Glaze:1 stick oleo1/4 c. water1 c. sugar1/4 c. rumRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
