  • sugar - 1 c
  • plain gelatin - 2 pkg
  • can coconut - 1 item
  • Dream Whip or Cool Whip - 4 pkg
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • angel food cake - 1 item
  • juice from 1 lemon

How to make snowball cake:

Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons water. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Set in refrigerator until congealed. Add well drained pineapple, whipped cream (or Cool Whip). Break 1/2 cake into small chunks; place in large pan. Pour gelatin mixture over. Break remaining cake pieces and put over gelatin mixture. Cover with Dream Whip (or Cool Whip) and coconut. Serves 15 or more.
