Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- oil
- grated carrots - 3 c
- nuts - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- Beat oil and sugar
How to make carrot cake:
Drain and reserve juice from pineapple to put between layers or on sheet cake. Beat oil and sugar. Mix dry ingredients and eggs. Beat all, then blend carrots and nuts. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
