Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cold water - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • envelopes Knox gelatine - 2 item
  • angel food cake - 1 item
  • envelopes Dream Whip - 2 item
  • Add 1 small can of crushed pineapple and juice of one lemon

How to make snowball cake:

Mix and stir first 3 ingredients over low heat until gelatine dissolves. Add 1 small can of crushed pineapple and juice of one lemon. Chill in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Prepare 2 envelopes of Dream Whip by directions on package. Add to gelatine mixture. Crumble angel food cake in mixture and fold to combine. Pour in large pan.Topping:2 pkg. Dream Whip1 c. powdered sugar Mix Dream Whip by directions. Add sugar. Spread on top of cake. Add fresh coconut for decoration.
