  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • egg whites - 2 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Mold

How to make snow pudding:

Cook first 5 ingredients until thick, then add whites of 2 eggs, beaten stiff. Mold.Sauce:1 pt. boiling milk1 c. sugar1 Tbsp. cornstarch2 egg yolks vanilla
