Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 3 Tbsp
• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 1 c
• flour
• butter - 1/2 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp

How to make snickerdoodle cake:

Topping:2 1/2 c. sugar3 Tbsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 375°. Mix eggs, sugar and butter until creamy. Add milk, flour and baking powder to make cake batter. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture on about 1/4-inch thick. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes.
