Chocolate zucchini cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- butter - 3/4 c
- soda
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- orange peel optional - 2 tsp
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Mix together the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon) and set aside. Mix together, creaming the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, orange peel and zucchini. Stir in alternately the milk and dry ingredients into the zucchini mixture. Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour into 10-inch buttered Bundt pan.
