Ingredients/Components
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- dry onion soup - 1 pkg
- potatoes, pared and quartered - 1 item
- whole round steak 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick - 1 item
How to make smothered steak:
Mix soup with half as much water as soup. Add dry onion soup mix. Pour over steak and potatoes. Bake at 350° for 3 hours, covered.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Meat, Beef.
