Spring pea salad
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- frozen peas - 10 oz
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- diced celery - 1 c
- Hidden Valley Ranch dressing - 1 c
- salted sunflower seeds - 1 c
- chopped cauliflower - 1 c
- diced green onion - 1/4 c
- crisp cooked crumbled bacon - 1/4 c
How to make spring pea salad:
Rinse peas in hot water; drain. Combine vegetables, nuts and bacon with sour cream. Mix dressing, mustard and garlic together; pour over salad mixture. Toss gently. Chill.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Salads, Vegetables.
