Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated onion - 1 tsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- horseradish - 1/2 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1/8 tsp
- can salmon - 1 3/4
- crackers - 1 item
How to make smoky salmon spread:
Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, onion, salt, pepper and liquid smoke. Drain salmon; remove skin and bones. Flake the salmon with two forks. Stir salmon into cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate at least one hour. Shape into a roll. Sprinkle parsley over salmon, then roll into plastic or foil wrap.
