  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • grated onion - 1 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • horseradish - 1/2 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 1/8 tsp
  • can salmon - 1 3/4
  • crackers - 1 item

How to make smoky salmon spread:

Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, onion, salt, pepper and liquid smoke. Drain salmon; remove skin and bones. Flake the salmon with two forks. Stir salmon into cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate at least one hour. Shape into a roll. Sprinkle parsley over salmon, then roll into plastic or foil wrap. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
