Smoked sausage and sauerkraut
Ingredients/Components
- smoked sausage - 1 lb
- can sauerkraut - 1 item
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 pt
- potato, grated - 1 item
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- sugar - 1/3 c
- onions, chopped - 2 item
How to make smoked sausage and sauerkraut:
Heat oil in skillet and fry chopped onions. Add sauerkraut and simmer for 2 minutes. Add water and sausage. Cook until done. Add grated potato, carrot and sugar. Cook 4 to 5 minutes more.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork sausage, Beef sausage.
