Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 pt
- cooking oil - 1 tsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- smoked sausage - 1 lb
- can sauerkraut - 1 item
- large potato, grated - 1 item
How to make smoked sausage and sauerkraut:
Heat oil in skillet and fry chopped onions. Add sauerkraut and simmer a few minutes. Add the water and sausage; cook until done. Add the grated potato, salt and sugar. Cook 45 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork sausage, Beef sausage.
