Sliced baked potatoes

- melted butter - 2 3
- Parmesan cheese
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, thyme, sage or dried herbs of your choice - 2 3
How to make sliced baked potatoes:
Peel potatoes if the skins are tough; otherwise, just scrub and rinse them. Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through. Use a handle of a spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way. Put potatoes in a baking dish. Fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt; drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake potatoes at 425° for about 50 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned, cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft inside.
