Skillet spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- dried oregano, crushed
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- tomato juice - 1 can
- instant minced onion - 2 Tbsp
How to make skillet spaghetti:
In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef; drain off excess fat. Stir in chili powder, oregano, sugar, salt and garlic salt. Blend in tomato paste. Stir in tomato juice, onion and 3 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Carefully add spaghetti; stir to separate strands. Cover and simmer, stirring frequently, for 30 minutes. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
