Rotini salad
Ingredients/Components
- diced cheese - 1 c
- medium tomato, chopped - 1 item
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- tarragon vinegar - 1/3 c
- celery, chopped optional - 1 item
- Good Seasons Italian dressing - 1 pkg
- red grapes - 2 c
- fresh broccoli, chopped - 3 c
- 1/2 pkg - 3 c
- black olives, drained and sliced - 1 c
- saffron or safflower oil - 1/2 c
How to make rotini salad:
In a bowl, blend together the oil, vinegar and Italian dressing. In a large bowl, combine other ingredients. Stir. Pour dressing over and stir. Chill. Keeps good in refrigerator. May add other vegetables such as onions, carrot slices, cauliflower, etc.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, Pasta shells.
