Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 tbsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- lettuce leaves - 6 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- pickle relish - 3 Tbsp
- tomatoes - 3 item
- low-fat mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp - 1 lb
How to make shrimp salad:
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes and lettuce leaves. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Then when ready to serve, cut tomatoes in half, making zigzag, cutting to make 6 halves.
